Roederer Estate 2000 L'Ermitage Sparkling Wine
Fine tiny bubbles and a long lasting mousse are the usual footprints of the L’Ermitage cuvée. This cuvee of the Millenium is fruity (apple, peach) with a delicate bread crust note. Mouth feel is on well balanced wine with baked apple flavors and a long and round creamy finish.

Tequila Ocho Single Estate Plata
Clear, with a floral, spicy nose enhanced by a lot of white pepper. Fresh, spicy and lively on the palate at first, before it opens up to show off dry cocoa notes. The finish is peppery and spicy. Quite complex blanco, and very enjoyable.
