Bottling on 11/05/2007. Composed of 50% Pinots noir and Meunier, 50% Chardonnay, and a subtle hint of red wine from Moussy in order to achieve the light, delicate pink colour.

The Domaine des Conardins extends across 24 hectares of Champagne appelation Vineyards located on the most coveted slopes of Epernay and the Côte des Blancs.

The vineyards are planted with the three Champagne grape varieties: * Pinot Meunier * Chardonnay *Pinot Noir. The vineyards produce approximately 230 000 bottles annually.

Thanks to its structure, vineyards, and production capacity, the Domaine des Conardins is among the best middle-sized properties (after the large well-known Champagne houses), and seeks to satisfy its customers, who are both friends and connaisseurs, by the quality of its products.

RM or récoltant-manipulant. Driven by passion for their product, these producers bottle and sell their wines under their own labels. There is a potential for high quality combined with good value, and wines that might reflect the terroir of small plots of land rather than standardised blends. R stands for Récoltant ( the literal translation is ‘Harvester’) M stands for Manipulant ( literally ‘Handler’) These “grower” champagnes account for just under 3 percent of the total market.
