Domestic Shipping
We can ship all over the united states except to the following states:
Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts,
Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Pennsylvania,
Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont and West Virginia
Distilled spirits can not be shipped to the state of Oregon!
If you would like to receive our products but live in the above mentioned states, we have found an alternative. All you have to do is set up an account with All Ways Cool. You can set up your account through their website:
www.allwayscool.com or by calling them at (707) 545-7450. They are a well established company with a beautiful temperature controlled warehouse. They are in Santa Rosa 1 1/2 hours from our store; we will be making monthly trips to drop off purchases. Please note they will not ship distilled spirits. This system will not be beneficial if you want to ship 1 bottle or if you are in a hurry. We will not charge you shipping but we are required to charge you CA state tax. Any shipping charges will be charged by All Ways Cool and they will be responsible for the safety of your shipment.

San Francisco Local Deliveries
Local deliveries are made daily between 10: a.m. and 6:00 p.m. with the exception of Sunday, which can delivered between 12: a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Please call for price and available delivery times.

We offer shipping services to every state where legal.

Insurance is charged on all shipping orders over $100.

International Shipping
At this time we are able to ship to Hong Kong (wine only), Japan and the UK.
Please note that duties, taxes, and tariffs due on international shipments are not included. You are responsible for determining your customs charges, and they will be due COD upon delivery in your country. D&M Liquors makes absolutely no suggestions or intimates the right of any person to neither import nor export alcoholic beverages across state and/or international boundaries. All alcoholic beverages apportioned through D&M Liquors are sold in California. D&M Liquors also reserves the right to arbitrate any and all procedures in packaging and arranging for shipment of merchandise. In addition, D&M Liquors assumes no liability for any misinterpretation of the above provisions.
Disclaimer
The shipping rates are an estimate. The actual rate will be displayed for you at the time of checkout based on the shipping address. You must be at least 21 years of age to order alcoholic beverages. Additionally, all shipments of alcoholic beverages within the United States require an adult's signature at the time of delivery.
Please note that orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving the order, Overnight shipments made on Saturday and Sunday, will not ship until Monday.
